Built for Nigerian higher education
AcroTechnical EduConsult is a Lagos-headquartered company building the career services operating system for Nigerian tertiary institutions.
We build the infrastructure Nigerian graduates walk into their careers on.
Our mission is to move every Nigerian student from enrolment to employability through structured, measurable, counsellor-supervised career pathways — running at the scale of a federal university.
Our mission
Nigerian tertiary institutions graduate roughly 600,000 students every year. Graduate placement is inconsistent, counsellor caseloads are unmanageable, and regulator reporting consumes weeks that career services teams would rather spend on students.
AcroTechnical exists so every Nigerian graduate can walk out of their institution with a validated skill profile, a counsellor who knows their name, and an employer pipeline that didn't depend on who their family knew. We build the software — and the institutional partnerships — that make that possible.
Founding story
Built in Lagos, scaled from Abuja.
Lagos — the build
Nneka Umeh founded AcroTechnical after a decade running graduate programmes at Access Bank. The first version was piloted at UNILORIN with Dr. Mariam Ogunleye's career services team — 192 students, one pathway template, six months. Placement rates moved 18 points.
Our Lagos office, on Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase 1, houses product, engineering, and research. It's where the pathway templates, the AI grounding pipelines, and the employer match scoring all get shipped.
Abuja — the scale
As public-funded institutions across the country came on, we opened an Abuja office in Wuse II to be close to NUC and NBTE desk officers. That's where institutional success, compliance, and partnerships live.
Usman Ibrahim leads partnerships from Abuja, working with federal institutions from ABU Zaria to UniUyo. Oluwatoyin Bamiro runs institutional success — getting faculties live and counsellors trained within two to four weeks.
Leadership
Operators, technologists, researchers — with careers built in Nigerian institutions and companies.

The four we live by.
Evidence over opinion
Every decision we make on pathways, assessments, and scoring is grounded in published research and the outcomes we measure across our network.
Counsellor-supervised AI
AI scales the routine. Counsellors hold the clinical call. We do not ship features that bypass human judgement on student welfare.
Outcome accountability
We publish aggregate outcomes across our network. If our platform doesn't move placement rates, pathway completion, and counsellor NPS — we fix it.
NDPR by default
Nigerian data, in Nigeria. Lawful-basis registers per institution. DPO review on every product change that touches student data.
Institutional network
Regulators, employers, and research partners we work alongside.
