NDPR & NDPA 2023
Registration and standing
AcroTechnical EduConsult is registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) as a data controller and processor. Our annual Data Protection Audit Report is filed through an NITDA-licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation. Our DPO publishes quarterly compliance updates to institutional partners.
Data subject rights
We operationalise every NDPR and NDPA 2023 data-subject right: access, rectification, erasure (subject to lawful-basis exceptions), objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Student requests route first to the institutional DPO; platform-wide requests go to dpo@acrotecheduconsult.com. Standard SLA: 7 working days acknowledgment, 30 days substantive response.
NUC & NBTE alignment
NUC (universities)
Pathway templates and SIWES cycles respect NUC's Benchmark Minimum Academic Standards. Assessment reporting, career services KPIs, and counsellor load ratios align with NUC's Quality Assurance framework for career services units. We can supply cohort-level data feeds to institutional quality assurance officers on request.
NBTE (polytechnics & monotechnics)
For NBTE-regulated institutions we adopt the National Board for Technical Education curriculum structure and the Students' Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) calendar. YABATECH's first-year rollout used this alignment end-to-end.
SOC 2 roadmap
Current posture
AcroTechnical is running against the SOC 2 Type II Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. We complete an annual readiness assessment with an independent firm and maintain a live evidence repository: access reviews, change management, vendor risk, and incident history.
Targeted attestation
We are in the observation window for our first Type II attestation, targeting completion in Q4 2026. Our Type I report is available under NDA. Institutional procurement teams can request the executive summary at dpo@acrotecheduconsult.com.
